Movement and wellness are part of a balanced school day at Westbridge. Students participate in age-appropriate physical education, movement activities, and wellness routines that support focus, confidence, and healthy development.
This program is not sports-focused. Instead, it supports whole-child growth through movement, balance, and healthy habits.
