Refund Policy
Westbridge Learning Academy is a full-time, tuition-based private microschool. Tuition and fees support staffing, curriculum planning, classroom resources, student activities, and program operations.
This refund policy applies to all tuition and fees. The student is responsible for the full annual tuition listed in the enrollment contract. The school is unable to issue refunds or cancel unpaid obligations if a student is forced to withdraw during the academic year. An exception to the refund policy may be considered with appropriate documentation of a change in circumstances.
We are an Odyssey/Utah Fits All approved private school provider. Any tuition refunds for Utah Fits All students are processed explicitly through Odyssey.
Seat Deposit
A $250 seat deposit is required to reserve a student’s enrollment in the upcoming semester.
The seat deposit is applied toward the student’s total tuition balance.
Fifty percent (50%) of the seat deposit may be refunded if notification is received before August 1st. After August 1st, the full seat deposit is non-refundable.
Enrollment/Registration Fee
The annual $500 enrollment/registration fee is non-refundable and is required as part of the enrollment and registration process.
Tuition Refunds Before the School Year Begins
Families who withdraw before the first day of school may request a tuition refund for amounts paid above the non-refundable seat deposit and enrollment/registration fee.
Written withdrawal notice must be submitted to Westbridge Learning Academy by email.
Tuition Refunds After the School Year Begins
After the school year begins, tuition refunds may be limited due to expenses already incurred and obligations previously agreed to.
If a student withdraws after the school year begins, tuition refunds may be prorated based on the student’s official withdrawal date and the amount of the school year completed.
Payment Plans
Monthly payment plans are available at no extra cost.
The student and parent’s financial obligation to Westbridge is for the full annual tuition as stated in the enrollment contract. The school is unable to issue refunds or cancel unpaid obligations if a student is forced to withdraw during the academic year. An exception to the refund policy may be considered with appropriate documentation of a change in circumstances.
The first tuition payment is due August 1st, unless otherwise stated in the family’s written tuition agreement.
